Terms of Service
A preliminary description of how BriefCapsule works and the responsibilities involved in using it.
1. Status of this draft
These Terms of Service are a draft. The operating entity, customer model, applicable law and payment arrangements are still being verified. This page is not the final contractual document and does not introduce a new acceptance step or payment obligation.
2. The service
BriefCapsule helps a sender prepare, review, save and share a Capsule carrying the intent, context, conditions and limits around a message or proposal. The current creation flow starts with text and uses AI generation and validation before the sender reviews and saves a candidate.
A saved Capsule can be prepared for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Copilot or another AI destination. Destination files and opening messages are separate outputs. Preparing or downloading an output does not, by itself, submit it to the recipient’s AI service.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Owner tools require an account. BriefCapsule currently uses email-based sign-in and workspace permissions to control access to saved records. Keep access to your email account and any exported or shared material secure.
Available features and usage limits depend on the plan and permissions assigned to an account or workspace. These draft pages do not change those product limits.
4. Content and responsible use
Only submit information you are entitled to use and share. Capsule text can contain personal information about a sender, recipient or another person; consider whether that information is necessary before including it.
Review generated and validated content before saving or sending it. AI output can be incomplete or mistaken. A proposed decision or requested approval must not be represented as someone’s recorded agreement. Do not use a Capsule to misrepresent another person’s authorization.
5. Sharing and recipient control
Access to a delivery page or share link follows the sender’s configured access controls, which can include a password, an expiry, download limits or a disabled link. Anyone given access may be able to read or download the permitted content.
Changing a link’s availability cannot recall files already downloaded or material copied into another service. A recipient who uploads a Capsule to an external AI service does so under that service’s own terms and controls.
6. Commercial terms awaiting confirmation
The payment provider, billing intervals, renewal and cancellation rules, refunds, taxes and invoicing details have not been finalized for this draft. Current plan assignments and feature limits are separate from those future payment arrangements.
7. Final legal review
Eligibility, intellectual-property wording, availability commitments, suspension and closure procedures, liability provisions, governing law and dispute resolution require final review once the operating entity and customer model are confirmed.
For current product questions, use the Contact page. Dedicated legal contact details will be published after verification.
